Delivered classroom and airborne instruction on Aviation Basic Course and Flying Instructor Course. Trained over 60 ab-initio students and 30 instructor pilots on Cessna 152A and Diamond DA40 NG.

Simulator Instructor — Army Aviation School

Familiarised pilots and aviation engineers with full glass-cockpit Garmin 1000 NXi using Red Bird Flight Simulator (USA) and Diamond DA40 NG Simulator (Canada). Examined candidates on normal, emergency, and adverse-weather procedures.

Flight Safety Officer — Army HQ

Grade Staff Officer 1 (Safety) at both unit and Army Headquarters level. Conducted weekly and monthly safety briefings, family safety talks, poster campaigns, and attended national and international safety seminars.

Aircraft Accident Investigator

Qualified through the Aircraft Accident Investigation Course at Bangladesh Air Force. Identified causal factors and implemented corrective policies to reduce accident and incident rates.

Operations & Planning Staff — Army HQ

Grade Staff Officer 1 responsible for planning, operation, procurement, and maintenance of aviation assets across all operations and training programmes.

Formation Leader — Independence Day Parade

Participated five consecutive times in the national fly-past of the Independence Day Parade of Bangladesh Armed Forces, leading and defending formation elements.

United Nations Peacekeeping

Two UN peacekeeping deployments developed Forkan Uddin's logistics management, inter-agency communication, and operational coordination skills in challenging and resource-constrained environments.

UNAMID — Sudan
United Nations–African Union Mission in Darfur, Sudan. Served as Logistic Staff Officer, managing supply chain operations in support of the peacekeeping force.
UNAMSIL — Sierra Leone
United Nations Mission in Sierra Leone. Served as Technical Communicator, facilitating information flow between military and civilian elements.
